The staff were very amiable, and the free parking was available. The room was big size and warm and the amenities included a safe, TV set and a microwave oven. The bathroom was best with bathtubs...

Cute hotel in a great location out to the town area, enjoyed this place. The FAMILY room we stayed in was exceptionally nice with a nice view. An electric kettle and a fridge were available in the kitchen. The check in was easy and the atmosphere was family throughout the venue. Reception had a cat.

Good value for money, and excellent location close to the train station. The room was very spacious and clean, and had a nespresso machine with complimentary coffee pods. The staff were helpful and spoke decent English.
The onsen was constantly occupied, which was frustrating. the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable.

During my stay, I enjoyed the various hot springs that this hotel had to offer. There were three different types of hot springs that I could experience in utmost privacy. Furthermore, the hotel staff was attentive and friendly, making sure that I had everything that I needed. The location of this hotel was also prime, as it was easy to reach by transportation. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel was delicious, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel's location is quite convenient. Some interesting places are within walking distance and the free bicycles can be helpful to explore the area. The rooms are nicely decorated and kept clean. The bathroom is also well-maintained and features modern facilities. The staff's friendliness makes the stay pleasant. The available breakfast is delicious and worth trying.
The food we had at their restaurant was quite disappointing.

Spent an amazing Xmas weekend in a cozy hotel near the train station. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, providing all the information I needed to explore the surroundings. The location was perfect, within walking distance to a convenience store and some cafes. Loved the private onsen where I could relax without any distractions. complimentary soft drinks and hot beverages were available in the lounge area, adding to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.
I did notice a slightly unpleasant odour in the lobby which could be off-putting for some guests. the beds were a bit hard for my liking, but overall the rooms were clean and tidy.
